The Vault

One ride: the hostess spins the vault open, you step into the money, tour the three walls of how it works, then step back out, the vault closes, and she hands you the cash. Below: three art-direction options for the hostess, then the five key frames of the ride in the recommended style. Pick a direction, mark up anything, and only then does a page get built.

1 · Pick the hostess

Same character brief in three treatments. Whichever wins becomes the locked art style for every frame, pose and prop.

Style A: Hanna-Barbera space-age cel
Recommended · used below

A · Space-age cel

1962 Hanna-Barbera limited-animation look: flat cel paint, clean ink lines, Googie skyline. The literal "Jetsons hostess at a game show" of the brief. Warm, funny, animates cheaply and cleanly.

Style B: 1970s game-show glam

B · Game-show gold

Full 1970s studio glam: gold sequins, sunbursts, spotlight circles, halftone grain. The most "Price is Right" energy and the most grown-up sheen; less cartoon, more poster.

Style C: UPA mid-century minimal

C · Mid-century minimal

UPA-school flatness: angular elegance, sparse geometry, cream / vermilion / midnight teal. The most agency-sophisticated read; the least playful of the three.

2 · The ride, in five frames

Shot in Style A. Each frame is a beat of one continuous scroll; the camera never cuts, it moves.

Frame 1: hostess presents the closed Fund Daddy vault

FRAME 1 · THE HERO

She presents the vault. Marquee overhead, spotlights on, door shut. Headline and a single CTA live on the left wall. Scrolling begins the spin.

Frame 2: hostess spins the vault wheel, door cracks open

FRAME 2 · THE SPIN

Your scroll turns the wheel. The spoke wheel rotates with the scroll clock, the door swings, golden light pours out of the crack and floods the frame as the camera pushes toward the opening.

Frame 3: inside the vault, giant money pile, welcome sign

FRAME 3 · THE WELCOME

Step inside the money. Through the door ring into the vault room: the pile, the bulbs, "Welcome to Fund Daddy." From here the camera pans wall to wall as you keep scrolling.

Frame 4: a second hostess presents the Put In Whatever wall board

FRAME 4 · THE WALLS

Three walls, three hostesses, three features. Pan left: "Put in whatever" (no FICO at intake). Pan right: "Your file finds its funder" (funders post the box they buy). Pan right again: "Declines re-route" (nothing dies). Each wall is a lit game-show board presented Price-is-Right style. The final pan lines you up with the door.

Frame 5: vault closed, hostess hands the viewer a stack of cash

FRAME 5 · THE PAYOFF

Step out funded. Back outside, a one-screen summary ("paid only when your deal funds"), the door swings shut behind you, and she hands the stack straight into your hands. CTA: Start your file.

3 · How it will move

  1. One pinned stage, one scroll clock. The whole ride is a single pinned screen; scrolling drives everything. No chapter seams, no stalls (the architecture already proven on the current two landers).
  2. Layered cel assets, not video. Every element above is regenerated as separate layers (hostess poses, door ring, wheel, light rays, money pile, wall boards) with transparent backgrounds, then composited and animated: the wheel actually rotates under your scroll, the door swings on a hinge, the pans are real camera moves across one wide interior.
  3. Hostess poses as cel animation. A small set of keyed poses per hostess (present, spin, welcome, handoff) swapped on the clock, exactly like limited-animation TV cels.

4 · What picks the build
